Artisans’ Day (Wood Wall)

In a well initiated team in an organization, team members strive hard to live up to the expectations of their position and successfully accomplish the team objective.

The Wood Wall is a great activity that encourages communication and focuses strongly on team work.

The group is divided into smaller teams. Team participants are required to stylize their boards using magazines, pictures, colours and other props provided to them. The individual team art is brought together as the final act and reveals the – “ Big Picture “, composed of all the art work of every team.

It creates a sense of purpose for every individual as their individual efforts reflect in a group’s achievement in the end.
