The Latin Connection is an engaging musical team building activity that focuses on the joy of creating something innovative and new through effective team work.

Guided by our trained facilitators, The Latin Connection activity helps participants deliver a stunning and spell binding finale as every individual enjoys the joy of effective team work. The whole group is divided into smaller teams each having a different set of instruments and a playing a different musical rhythm. In the end when all the teams play their own rhythm correctly, they all sound together as one rhythm.
